Bad service from cell c

Good evening I not happy at all with how cellc has treated me, I've got a laptop contact with them which I took as an upgrade from my phone contract, last year around November the laptop died and I've tried contacting them on how I can get my laptop to be fixed but the gave m run around telling me I should contact platinum

warranty so the my lap top can be fixed and those people alos gave me run around asking for a proof of purchase or slip and I kept telling them that the laptop I took it as an upgrade so I only have payment statements and contracts, and still I could not get helped now I paying for the token laptop that is useless and its costing because I am loosing my money over that The service I got from cell it's bad really bad and their consultants are not helping at all
