Bad service from CELL C
I was handed over to CS solutions ref *** by cell c last year, I paid off the account with an amount of R12 155,76 on 31 July 2023, I am now unable to obtain any credit because they refer me to this paid off account When I call CS solutions I'm being taken from pillar to post This is now over 6 months

27 Feb 2024, 21:37Your team called but they are not promising anything cos they only send the paid up letter to the credit bureau this afternoon, only telling me about 2 to 7 working days, this is sad because I really need this default to be removed
It was easy to hand over my account but after payment cell c careless
I mean don't you have a team that liase with the lawyers you have us over to for updating of customer payments?
