Bad service from cell c

I was phoned by a call center agent from cell c to upgrade. I told her I am not ready. A month later she called again. I asked her about phones on the 2 contracts. I also told her what I want.she told me they are not available on my contract and basically forced me to take two phones that she wanted to give me. I was not at home for a while and during that time the phones was delivered. On my arrival home I looked at the phones and knew I did not want them. I called cell c and was advised that 7 days passed and they will not take the phones back. Does not matter what I say she refused to listen. At one stage she told me she will put the phone down on me when I got iratated. Then I asked where her supervisor is and she said behind her. I asked to speak to the supervisor and was told the supervisor is in a meeting and will call me. That never happened. So basically I cant sort this out. I have been with cell c for many many years but now I doubt my decision
