BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C
I Have Settled MY Contract with Cell C 3 weeks ago, i Still have not received my paid up letter, and they have not updated my credit bureau status. i am in the process of logging a complaint with the NCR

05 Sept 2022, 13:55Please Note That I have Not yet Received my Paid up letter thus I am going forward with my complain at the NCR, I have given you the benefit of the doubt to wait, but cell c has proven again that they are unable to provide me with my paid up letter. I will be sending you my NCR complaint reference number shortly
