Bad service from cell c

Hi my name is Fatima Isaacs I have to say cell c is one of the worst network operating in south Africa Im having difficulties with cell c trying to elucite a payment from the 12 November 2023 I've logged so many cases with them sent mails called into customer care i got about 10 Ref number but till this day 16 May 2024 the account is not up to date every month im chargred extra and my credit score drops each month my last case number is *** where I don't even a response from cell c to say what's going on with my account i must call in. And everything must start aging sent mails p.o.p then they say its unclear I had to run to the bank set for hours and still they say its not clear i have no idea what to next with cell c
