Bad service from Cell C

On 13 Nov 2015 I took my phone in for repairs and was told it could take 21 business days to fix.After the 21 days passed I phoned Cell C Kolonade branch and was told they were having trouble getting back devices from the repair centre but would let me know when my phone got back.On 22 Jan 2016 I went to the branch and had to wait 30 min while thy tried to find out what's going on with my phone.I was then told that Head office would phone me on the Monday to confirm where they had to deliver my replacement phone.Till date I have not heard anything from either head office or the branch.I didn't mind waiting for the 21 days but that has long since passed.
