Bad Service from Cell C
I logged an issue with Cell C and they said they were working to resolve the issue, but after that I got no response. The last I heard from Cell C was on 08/07/2019, this has now been more than a week and the problem still persists. I have been a customers for a couple of years now and I have 4 contracts with Cell C, but if the service I get

The serving site has alarms and our Network Team is aware of the issues affecting the site and are in the process of resolving it, at this stage we have no timeline available.
