Bad service from cell c

You can never get any good service from cell c. I app**** for an upgrade which gave me a hustle to get the device, after getting the device it comes without the power bank promised. I made so many phone calls to the call center and was promised a phone call from the team leader which Mbali requested and till today I have not received any phone call from them...
