Bad service from cell c

I logged a network issue, where the LTE or 4G in Bloemfontein is very slow where I tests the speed around 8mbps. It doesn't feel like lte. Telkom is much faster on lte than cell c. But the person who called me, gave me bad service in the way he talked to me. And turned the issue on me instead of querying why the speed is slow. What's the point.
