BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C

I have requested for Cell C to please block my ****** phone so that I can open a case at the police station, Cell C initially denied knowledge of my cellphone and contract telling me that it does not exist. I had to book flights to go back home to eastern cape to get the box and paperwork, I sent the paperwork, they then told me to go to the police station and I was sent back because the police cant help me without ITC number which I should be getting from Cell C. This happened on the 5th May, Its been weeks and no response, i keep following up but I am still not getting help. my case number is ***. Please help
