Bad Service From Cell c

I was in an accident last year December on the 10th so because they was no witness or anyone involved in the accident PMD insurance said they need geocodes that I was really there by the time of the accident. PMD sent documents for me to complete and they need my certified copy of my ID. even now PMD is struggling to get the geocodes location from the time of the accident so they can process my claim I phone PMD every day since last year they tell me that Cell C does not give them feedback. This is really bad service
