Bad service of cell c

Good day,

I bought data on Wednesday morning through the cell c app by eft. The money went off my account and i received no data only a spinning wheel from cell c. Then i phoned cell c 15:01 on Wednesday the 6 of September the lady that assisted me told me to wait 24 hours then consult with the bank so i loaded data through cell c app again on Wednesday night but with a bank card once again i did not received the data the only thing that was there the spinning wheel. So i went on my banking app bought data on Wednesday and it was loaded instantly. Then i phoned cell c.

The lady logged a query for me this time also told me its not been 24 hours. Who in the world can wait 24 hours?

My reference number is ***.

I spoke to my banker in the meantime and it went off my bank account. I then again bought data on Thursday from my fnb app and it was there instantly.

Point is you took my money and no data was givin to me only gour spinning wheel. No capable person to assist me. My query is still not resolved.

I am very unhappy about cell c poor service.
