Bad service from Cell C

<p>I had two contracts with Cell c in 2014. During 2015 i requested to settle both contracts. Payments were made and proof of payment was emailed. Both numbers were cancelled. During 2016, i received a call from Cell C that my name has been handled to their legal department due to non payment on one account.</p> <p>I tried to resolve the matter as i was communicating with Gabriel Mphala. He confirmed that they have made a mistake from their side, however, they still falide to resolve this issue. During 2017, i app**** for finance to buy a prorperty but could not be financed due to this issue. I am really frustrated as i feel that i have been treated unfairly. I do not owe Cell C at all and would appreciate if they could clear my name immediately.</p>
