BAD SERVICE FROM CELL C!!!!!

<p> Im really disappointed with Cell 's service and customer care.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a contract with Cell C The Glen, My phone crashed on the 6th of December I booked it in on the same day. They informed me that it would take 21 days before I would get my phone back, I was Comfortable with that.</p> <p> </p> <p>21 days has come and gone and my phone was still not ready, I remained understanding as its festive and so on. I kept calling for updates on my phone and it remained the same story for weeks on end.</p> <p>Eventually my phone got dispatched from head office and got to Cell C the Glen..after a month and a week BUT without my battery!!!! I then had to wait about 3 or more weeks for a battery. When they said the battery has been dispatched I went to cell c the Glen they had another excuse telling me that they delivered the battery to the wrong cell c ... A week later I got my phone which was on the 6th of February. In this time I was forced to buy a new phone, as I was without a phone for 2 whole months and debit orders went off for those months. Head office told me they would credit the payment for one month but still nothing has happened. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now after being two months without my phone ... I get it back and now its EXTREMELY SLOW!!! I'm scared to take it back ... How long would it take before I get my phone bac**** </p> <p> </p> <p>Lionel at Cell C the Glen has helped me and his been really helpful.</p> <p> </p> <p>I don't know what to say or do anymore!!</p>
