Bad Service from Accounts Department

I have Been with Cell C for many many years, Cell C all of a sudden canceled my Debit order i then had to make manual payments , i made a payment on the Cell C Web Site on 02 Feb 2022 today at 22-02-2022 the Account still reflects as not paid this is after multiple calls daily to Cell C Eventually they logged a case *** on 11-02-2022 (I think) and i provided Proof of payment multiple times, still not allocating my payments, I have 4 Contracts with Cell C that is due for upgrade , Cell C is blocking me to upgrade due to the account being in arrears , which is their fault as they are not allocating the funds as i have provide Proof of , Cell C has made up my mind to cancel all 4 my Contracts with them i have started the Cancelation process on the accounts NOT BLOCKED by them , once the rest is done , they will be canceled , My Experience is disappointing and they loosing a Long Loyal customer with a bad taste in the mouth.
