BAD SERVICE FOR AN UPGRADE

CELL C bad service ever........i would like to upgrde my contract as i am given stories of bad credit Just because Cell C tranferd my account to Nudebt while the fault was on their side and to be so loyal to Cell C i paid NUdebt BUT then still they not updating my credit score as now they even telling me i cant Upgrade my contract because they waiting for Nudebt to update my score and they will be able to upgrde me -first they told me 7-14 days after payment but no one is getting back to me-----...when i then give an alternative option to Cancell my contract they still tell me they will call me back from the retrechn department ,why should it be a hussle to Upgrade my Contract
