Bad service for 3 months

No one are willing to help me this is the 3 time im on hellopeter whit cell c They say i must phine customer care and when i do so they say sorry we cant help you you must go to the branch but het branch say i must phone customer care Until nothing is done im not going to pay my bill and will take this to an higher level
