Bad service
Cell c direct very very very poor service I call on Monday for a new contract the Huawei Y60 boudle deal for R399 I approved and all but it need to validate the contract they dont call an when u call them they say they did call but nowhere on my call history or voicemail there is message left because r anything. They advise they call the number on y TransUnion to verify how can they call that numbers are not valid anymore how IT IS VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE IT LIKE THEY DONT WANT BUSINESS AT ALL I'd no *** Call *** Urgently

The issue is they call numbers that is not even valid anymore u give them the right numbers but still they dont call u what service is this is is extremely unacceptable don't I want more business so the company can grow. They need to valid it today still with cell no *** or ***
