BAD SERVICE

I have cancelled 3 contracts with Cell C in July 2020. One finished 15 August 2020 but full payment went off end of August 2020. Second contract ended 4 September 2020 full payment went off end September. 3rd contract was down graded on the same day in stead of cancelling, contract end date 01/10/2020. Yet again FULL PAYMENT WENT OFF end September 2020 and received Statement and sms FULL PAYMENT again to be deducted end October 2020. Numerous phone calls and emails yet no assistance received. Will not get a contract again.
