BAD SERVICE; FALSE INFORMATION; CROOCKS

I have complained to cell C about their bad service. Its been more than 3months they do not rectify things on their side. I have been writing in hello Peter and they just say they will call me back but they don't. I DO NOT OWE CELL C. MY ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE But my credit score has drastically went down reason being CELL C. Eberytime I check.my credit score it goes down due to Cell C. I sent them emails, screen shots of credit score report but its been more than 48hours and no one has bothered to contact me. Supervisors are useless as well they tell u they wil call u back but they don't. Till this day I'm so waiting for a call from so called Gontse. Amanda as well was just so impatient while talking to me. Whoever is considering to take any contract with this company. Please go through reviews first. The worst company EVER!!!
