Bad service

I am so furious with the service you get with cellc.I have requested to closed my account 3/4 years ago and it was never done.If I didn't do a credit check I would have never known that it wasn't closed I paid the balance that they confirmed and sent the email attaching the POP and requesting a paid up letter , got a email reply advising me 48hours.Today I called and asked about the letter and was told it was escalated to the wrong department and have to wait another 48hours..You service you render is perthetic.
