Bad service

I went to cell c store in Maponya mall to do a sim swap the rude consultant refused to help as she said i failed all the security questions. I did wrote down the 5 numbers that I’m frequently in contact with. I also had my ID as well as proof of address with me that I registered the sim card with. I regret porting my number from telkom to cell c. Thats a useless service provider no wonder most people migrated from it. I just want my number back so that i can port it back to telkom. People who knows what they doing in this industry. Unlike those rude idiots who always comes with excuses. This is not even the first time i do a sim swap at the same store they also gave me a similar problem before. If they fail to get back to me in regards to this matter i will inform ombudsman of this matter. I want my number back thats all! They can close all their useless stores. She never even asked me any questions thats she said i failed.
