BAD SERVICE EVER MAKE PROMISE BUT DONT DELIVER
<p>I have been a customer of Cell C FOR 6+ YEARS and can not say i have had good service from them.My latest issue started when i took out a contrack for wi-fi at first i took a contrack for 20 gig the following day i phoned the store i informemd them i want the 60 gigs right then got it with my bill i noticed they were overcharging me at went to the store where i took out the contrack to be told they wanted to charge me for the rourter really it comes with the contrack.Iwas given a letter from the store that the corect amount will be taking of right, debit date they took R4578.00 of my account where they were to take R2080.00.Now i have to wait because someone at there head-office did not do there work i have had i and want to cancel the contrack with Cell-c Iam tired of there promises they give but dont keep it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>

i am still not happy with the service now i have to wait 7 days for my money and i was not the cause of the problem

it is now the 4/7/2016 and still i dont have my monies owed by Cell C Why do i have to wait if Cell C did not do there work. I had debit order that was returned due to Cell C deducting over R2000.00 more then they were to take are they going to pay for it NO just say sorry for that,well there sorry does not pay my bills.And the best part off all this is not the first time this happend to me thank u Cell C thank u for nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
