Bad Service Ever...... loyal client losing patience....

mara Cell C. no matter how hard I try to stay loyal, you guys are making it more and more difficult. yes, phone issue was sorted. thanx for that. but now guys please sort out your customer service (night shift). I called last night and spoke to a Fikile I think. worst service ever. if she really did not want to help me then she should have just passed the call to another consultant who actually wants to do their job. the worst service by far..... disgusted. really Cellc. you need to really give attention to your service consultants and call centre agents.... their service stinks.....
