I have app**** for an extra line which was my fourth contract with you guys, the phone was delivered 29/10, then on the 04/11 i phoned to ask you guy to cancel the contract since me and my hubby cannot afford the fourth one, i was then promised by different consultant that RAM will come fetch the phone from me, since then i have been waiting and calling until it was collected on the 15/12. You have taken my money for the same phone i cancelled and now i get sms`s that my account is overdue. I was told the phone was received on your side but i got the sms again today, please fix that before month end i cannot continue reversing with absa. I need updated statement before 31 January.
