bad service ever

i have been complaining about c insurance and im tired about the whole matter, i strongly believe that when payment is made on a correct account but then 2 last digit of the reference number is swapped payment either way should be investigated.on the 25/07/2015 i laid a complain here and was called back by moses he explained that he will try to check wat went wrong but till this today i dont know were i stand and secondly when i joined the c surance i was advised insurance is R60 come to my suprice the d/o that was deducted was R262.64 ON THE 23JUNE 2015 REF FRM STATEMENT#9882 HOLLARDFINCSCSPO...
