Bad service ever

I will not advise anyone to take out a contract with cellc. They are the worse and a bunch of ****s. I renewed my contract in July and I was told my monthly installment will be R290, but now my statement shows R358. I keep on telling the consultants go back and listen to the recordings where I was told I will pay R290, I even approved a Debi check for this amount. For the month of August I paid R468 and I queried this and I was told for September I will pay R290. This is really frustrating. I regret renewing my contract with cellc.
