Bad. Service

I have been with cell c for more than 5 years all was well until recently...I app**** for a contract phone on the 1st of August..I was told it was captured on the 3rd..to date I still have not received the phone ,I am told the driver gets lost ,my question how were those phones that I had priviously with cell c ,how were they delivered ? I am so heartbroken because I told the agent that I work piece jobs @ different places the only time I am available is on Friday @ home ..they told me to be home on friday they are coming even today ...when u change the address they don't come the will come when it suits them.. Now it's almost my debit date will cell c debit even when I don't have a phone?????
