Bad service

I have 8 contracts with Cell c I have send numerous emails but no one is getting back to me the records from customer service say may accounts is up to date but when I want to do a upgrade they picking up I'm in 120 days behind how is this possible but the line is still active and how does an account run up to 120 days but I don't get notified somone messed up at Cellc and I'm running I small business now because of this I cannot do business and loosing money but no one is getting back to me to resolve this and this is going on for a full month very bad service

Morning it is now 11:37 still nothing from Cell c not even have the decency to call me I need to get this resolved I'm with Cell c for more than 10 years and they are just getting worst by the day please please please my business is losing money due to bad service from cell c

Morning I got a call yesterday from the head office still no explanation how did my account run up to 120 behind my family must go without food because I can't generate an income according to my statements I'm not behind not one consultant can see that I'm behind my question is how did this happen and why must I now pay for mistakes Cell c did I was not in formed I need this to be resolved asap. I don't have the money to pay now this must be s****ped and I need my upgrades check my records and one more thing I'm behind but my line is active now the other day I owed 12 rand and Cell c cut my lines can someone get back to me today please
