Bad service
Lost my phone , they replaced it and I was happy until I needed to do sim swap. They called my vodacom number and then told me they can't assist since the number I want to swap is active, I asked them how since they blocked that number and how can my vodacom number be linked to my cell c number? Im cancelling my contracts

She did what your other agents failed to do and checked why I was receiving a call on my vodacom number. Great service Rhudzani Ratshilumelo..you colleagues can learn so much from you, you listened and resolved my quiry just like that. You didn't just say you can't help and cut my call
