Bad service

I want Cell C to please explain something to me. When cell c gets your products delivered, then we should phone within 7 days if we didn't receive something.... Here is what I don't understand:

On 8 June 2022 my Mecer laptop were delivered with no LTE router. So I phoned on 10 June 2022 to say I did not receive my LTE router. The lady still said to me that there were no stock of the routers and it might still get delivered.

I waited 5 days and still did not receive anything. Then on 15 June 2022 I sent an email. Then someone phoned me and they told me the same story as the first lady did.

Now it is a month later and I still have not received my LTE Router. On 14 July 2022 I decided that it is now time to put a review on Hello Peter. They only phoned me on 19 July 2022 and only to tell me I must go complete a affidavit to say I never received it. They also said I signed for it and that the LTE router is in use. IT IS NOT IN USE BY ME AS I DID NOT RECEIVE IT.

I want someone to get back to me. It is a month later. I am very upset about this as I am a single mom who is trying to start a small after hour business and this has been holding me up big time.

Please get back to me, I don't have time to go complete affidavits, because cell c is ***********.
