Bad service

I lost my phone and therefore reported it missing and the insurance approved where I paid the amount that they required and was told that the phone will be ordered the following day and delivered in the next 7 working days, each day after paying I called to confirm if everything is fine and it was said to be fine , when the phone was supposed to be delivered i called again only to be told that the order will be made the following day after 7 days of waiting now I have to wait another 7 days and while I am struggling since I cannot work without a phone, my work has taken a stop for this past month and no one seems to be attending my concern, I am totally unhappy with such incompetency and bad service
