Bad service due to incompetence

I have a contract with cell c, everytime when I pay I sent through a proof of payment but everytime my balance comes showing I owe for 2 months, even on Saturday I paid an amount of R2000 but today my services were disconnected, worst part it has also affected my credit bureau as a late payer I can't wait to finish my contract with cell c and will not recommend them to anyone
