Bad service- doing wrong request
After my phone was ****** I went to the Brooklyn branch to do a sim swop. After the sim swop they activated someone elses number on my new sim. Customer care could not assit as they say due to the number not being mine I have to go back to the shop even thou the shop will just call customer care again. Customer care did acknowledge that the sim swop was not done on my number. The same branch messed up my account details in January 2015 when I went to upgrade my phone.
