BAD SERVICE / DOES NOT CANCEL CONTRACTS

I cancelled my cell c contract via the internet and telephone with cell c, As useless as they are it never happened , Now they handed me over and i have a bad credit record, They must go back to the converstations that i had with them a couple of times and also go and check there online records before they hand you over.

I will not pay this account i refuse because they did not do there job which they get paid for.

NEVER USE CELL C THEY ARE USELESS , RATHER PAY A BIT MORE FOR VODACOM OR MTN, BUT DON'T USE THEM
