Bad service!! Do not take a contract with cell c its a trap amd a **** in the long run
I have a data sim contract with cellc that I got on promotion last year 2019,all of a sudden my contract was canceled without my knowledge I only got informed by an sms, worse part I had to call & speak to10 people before getting it resolved. Now my that my contract has been reinstated after finding that cellc was at fault, my premiums are now double the amount I used to pay.. I am now being told that I upgraded, how so in 4months??How do you fix your own fault by making me pay double?? When I call customer care I was told I cant be helped now cos of lockdown.. I am so angry and disappointed by this ongoing situation

13 Apr 2020, 19:54Just because one of your agent carelessly canceled my contract and made it a prepaid.. I still don't see how this matter is being handled with empathy and courtesy to me as the one whom lost data during of the course and now I have to even pay more, total ******* & I feel ****ed!! Its either I get my promotional contract back or cancel the whole thing.
