Bad Service - Disgusting

I have never received such bad service from a company before. Cell C staff take calls and put the customer on hold music while the customer is still speaking. You will hold on until you are blue in the face. The last agent i spoke to was Veronique who place me on hold while i was explaining my query to her. Absolute disgust. Between Cell C and their Courier company CourierIT are the worse. I just called again and ask for a manager. A guy by the name of Vusumuzi introduced himself as a manager. He too put down the phone when his statement contradicts that of the Courier company. Shame on you Cell C. I have been your client for over 6 years and I think this is it. I am done with you.
