Bad service

Good day. Cellc has to have the worst service regarding customer care. Ive been trying for 3 weeks trying to contact the cellc legal department regarding one of my contracts being terminated /suspended not on my behalf. Ive been into the store on many occasions day in and out,trying to get into contact with this specific department but they dont have a number to contact them on directly. After being into the store on numerous occasions the store manager has given me a email address to contact this department and its now 72 hours still no communication has been made from them to me. Its devastating that im trying my best to get into contact with this department but not receiving any assistance to help me regarding my issue. I really need some help and would highly appreciate it if someone can help me.
