Bad service
My number which I have for years has been disconnected. I keep getting messages to have the SIM rica'd by 30 June and it is the 3rd July. They refuse to assist me when I called the call centre saying I need to go into a store to sort out the mess which cell has made.

RICA service is only done at store level, it can be done at any retail store that RICA's or at your nearest Cell C store. Please bring along your ID and proof of address for assistance.
