Bad Service
I installed get black app and I registered and get my confirmation email but everytime I try to download something and ask me to complete user details and the window I will go to the window and try to complete the details but the app cannot confirm my details and the error is operation fail and a strange number, it is so frustrating to find technical errors in a app after a such a long time in the market.

We have picked up that your registration was not complete therefore you do not have full access to the black portal.
Kindly go to your e-mail account and look for an activation e-mail in your inbox, Junk mail, Spam or Promotions folder. Select the "More" button this will pick up all your folders.
Please check for an email from ***or in your search bar on the top of your email account, search for ***as this will search for all the emails received. Open the activation email and select "Activate". This will fully activate your profile.
