Bad service
I took a phone at Cell C 2023 April if am not mistaken,I've been paying for no errors nothing until I was ****** on this year March 6th,ever since March I've been trying to claim for my phone via Email.Since started communicating with them they tell me to send one thing at a time,at 1st it was affidavit then phone number then blacklist number they ended up wanting a cellphone box which I did give them telling me about a review or whatsoever.
How can they explain the 2mnths of claiming?The consultant I was talking to today she even laughed at me meaning now am a laughing stock to them.
