bad service
good day. i have been struggling with cell c for the last 3 months. invoices are completely wrong.debit order date was changed 2 times,just to find out,they did not change. consultants blame each other for the mistakes they made. you can send in a customer complain,receive email that reads,a consultant will phone you back within 24 to 48 hrs,which does not happen. you can send email and they dont reply.its the worst network that you can get.no service at all.

01 Sept 2021, 14:24Well C did it again. Dectucted R712 from my account again,after i spoke to a consultant. I am still waiting for a response from my previous emails,but no joy. Once again,its the worst network that you can get.Absoluut no service from there side to resolve the issues,They a bunch of idiots
