Bad Service

I am not happy with the service from cellc's service centre , i own a device with them and I've been calling them asking them to help unlock it's network services so that i can use another sim card since my device is dual sim and I've been owning it for over a year now . They keep telling me that their technicians are still busy but it's been about three weeks now experiencing the same problem
