Bad service

I do have a contract with Cell C and use to pay via debit order.I lost my income and sent all relevant documentation to Cell C stating this and that I cancel my debit order and will pay EFT every month.Since then I paid account (with proof) every month round about the same time.Every month my services get suspended due to non payment.then J must sent proof and then I hear the some story, your debit order was unpaid.Then I must inform them the that we pay every month via EFT and they confirm that the payment is reflecting. Every month this is the same ****,my phone line get suspended
