Bad service concerning SIM Swap

Hello I was in one of your Cell C store at Alberton this morning regarding simswap ,the 5 numbers I gave them they say they don't show and it was a big surprise to me cause I had a proof of address and my ID but they couldn't assist me ...I am so angry not even an option of what to do from there
