Bad service /Complaint

I upgraded on the 5 August 2021 and my device has still not been delivered as yet. Nobody ever calls and give you feedback I've been calling every 2nd day then to follow up on what's happening I was told they waiting for stock ok fine, but last week I was told stock is available a d a call will be escalated for device to be released and dispatched, I was yltold it takes 24-48 hrs, but today I called and I'm told they not sure when delivery will be made it could be next Month, I think this is pathetic for such a professional company to have so many excuses and not deliver on their promises to customers is unacceptable I want to know how can I take this further or else I will stop paying my account and report this to the ombudsman.
