Bad Service & communication

I am quite disappointed in Cell C. I called them now to check to see if my number still exists and the lady could not assist as she does not have access to the account. When i took out my contract more that 10 years ago NOONE at Cell c told me that when you go onto pay as you go you will lose your number after 6 months if you don't use it. Cell C should t least have the decency to tell their clients so they know that. This is bad comunication and service.
