Bad Service CellC Head Office. (CLC***)

<p>CLC***</p> <p>i initially brought my phone for the screen to be repaired. i got the phone back after 2 week. i collected it on 19/05/16 and returned it on 20/05/2016 for a signail problem.</p> <p>i spoke a Gentlyman named Derrick (30/05/16) from CellC and he said i should expect a call from them informing that my phone should be ready and i should come and collect it.</p> <p>till todate (02/06/2016) i have not recieved any communication from CellC. i dont know if they expect me to call them every now and then to follow up with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Why is it taking so long for any one to contact me?</p> <p>im using that phone for Business and im loosing a lot of business.</p> <p>Honestly speaking i dont want this phone Anymore. CellC Mess Up the first time i broght the phone in. </p> <p> </p> <p>if you count the first time that i broghtthe phone to CellC for the Screen to be repaired and this Mess up they dis, I`ve Been without my a Month long.</p> <p> </p>
