Bad service - Cellc bluff
I needed assistance from the Cellc branch in bluff as I was ****** of my phone in the mall. And I needed their assistance to get my sim blocked or advise me of a sim swop as my number is prepaid, so it won’t be an issue. The consultant named Selisha was of no help and so rude!!! I can’t understand why a person like that would be in a client service field as she has no respect for her clients. She was so rude and arrogant. I would like feedback regarding this or I will take it further.
