Bad service! #cellc

Good day,

Last week I wrote a review on this platform, was Informed that I will be contacted, someone contacted me the weekend, without doing any checks to what my query relates, all evidence was supp**** the consultant stated that I skipped payments and I only supp**** one month's bank statement. I was cc'd in the email so I know exactly what was sent by the consultant in the branch. I advised her to scroll down and I had to explain my story again, nevertheless she was surprised and said that she would have to consult with customer service because she's confused and she sees all the statements and evidence, wow just wow, in customer service investigation before a phone call is needed to avoid all this back on forth, I am utterly disappointed in the lack of service from cellc, till today no communication!!!!!
